Our COVID-19 Response: We’re in this together
To our PICKUP family and friends.
With the rapid spread of COVID-19, its impact is affecting everyone. PICKUP is a team comprised of our employees, delivery pros “PICKUP Good Guys”, partners, and customers. Many of our team members are military veterans and first responders working both in the field and at our home office supporting our customers across the nation.
We’re taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and our customers. In the interest of the safety, health and well-being of our team, we’ve asked them to follow the recommended guidelines from the CDC and WHO (World Health Organization). We’re also communicating with our PICKUP Good Guys, on new protocols and guidance for customers’ deliveries. In order to better serve our partners and customers during this time, we’re extending our services to include:
- Optional contactless delivery – providing customers the option for delivery placement outside of the home (garage, front door, patio, etc.)
- Small item deliveries
- BOPIS and BODFS services
- Rescheduled/cancelled deliveries at no cost
We are working with local municipalities where possible to assist in relief efforts and providing help and services for those at home needing products delivered.
Our business was built on the amazing reputation and service level of the PICKUP Good Guys. They are the fulfillment of our brand promise by delivering on that every day. Our entire team remains steady, strong and available to help in good and challenging times. As this situation evolves, we expect to maintain the strong national presence we have built from the ground up and will be stronger on the other side.
