What is Business Transformation?
Organizational transformation is easy to explain, and while it’s slightly more difficult to execute, the practice is highly effective. It’s a business strategy for change management intended to move an organization from where it currently is to a desired state. These change initiatives involve efforts focused on employee experience, processes and technology and help organizations compete more effectively and efficiently. Comprehensive and inclusive strategic plan and growth strategies are developed by collaborating with senior leadership who determines the enterprise’s overall vision.
An effective business transformation means an organization can survive and thrive as it pursues new innovation-driven opportunities that emerge as it responds to shifting market demands. Transformation can enable better collaboration within and between organizations, more personalized ways of customer engagement, higher employee innovation and productivity, and more accurate insights from data. All of these factors are integral in a business’s growth. Without them, businesses will encounter major problems when they experience explosive growth in a short period of time.
I joined PICKUP to help prevent such issues. As the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, I am responsible for strategy formulation and management, overseeing strategic planning and leading strategic initiatives including transformation, partnerships and cost reduction measures.
